free open boxes of ceral (casle hayne)

I have four regular size boxes of ceral that mosty is in date but open,some might be stale, one bag of apple dapple ceral expired and openned.it is all free to who ever wants for what ever you want to use it for

they could be used as animal food, maybe for chickens or for art and crafts. I will throw it in the trash on sunday.

Used Vegetable Oil (Rocky Point)

I have almost 9 gallons of used vegetable oil. The oil was used to fry turkeys but still looks clean, would be good for biodiesel.

best work moment today: it’s a tie…. between creative meeting (i love, love, love our weekly creative meetings) and the cool, cool lights i programed for our baptism service on sunday.

thing i’m most thankful for today:  time with my honey before he starts next semester in school.

so, what was your best moment today?

summer is finally here.  how do i know? my son walks in my office with his summer feaux hawk. lol.

coni (world’s greatest hair artist), told me today that cam came in, sat in the chair and…. well, it went down something like this:

cam: [very politely] “i’m interested in a feaux hawk, please.”

coni: “you are? a feaux hawk?”

cam: “yes, one feaux hawk please.”

coni: [glances at my silent husband]

my honey: [gives the nod}

coni: "yes, sir. one feaux hawk coming right up."

cam: [grinning wildly now]

coni: [more excited than cam] (ok – i added this last part of the story…. but i bet she was. lol)

i love summertime. here’s a photo of his first feaux hawk ever. i turned it into a chalk and charcoal because it took it with my camera phone and the quality was really lousy. i have a feeling i’m going to treasure this series of chalk and charcoal photoshop fun. oh, who am i kidding. i already treasure them. life is fun.

ok, a little back story. this is a freeze frame of a video pastor matthew and matt, a.k.a. “hazmat”,
did for man night for flipside youth. if you haven’t watched it yet, go watch it. it’s hilarious. it was a direct rip off of a video by ken wilson’s crew at newspring for their man series. very funny… worth copying – and they sent it directly to ken who was amused and suggested they try another one.

here we go…

cam: “i had to go to the nurse today.”

me: “oh, really? how come?”

cam: “i cut my finger.”

me: “how did you do that?”

cam: (preoccupied) “i’m not sure.”

(short pause)

cam: (a little perplexed) “she said when i got home i should take a shower.”

me: (thinking that was a strange prescription for a cut on the finger) “is that what she said you should do for your finger or did she think you were stinky?”

cam: (as if he had spent a better part of the afternoon contemplating the same question.) “yeah – - you know…. i really don’t know. i took a shower yesterday.”

(silence)
